Fact check queries are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. Search queries may be sent by the API to web search services. Only the query text / image content are sent for fact checking, without any additional personal metadata.
No user accounts or profiles are necessary to use the application. Usage data is not sent to any analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
Fact check history is only stored locally on the device. Clearing app data will remove all stored information.
